Hourly Salary: $24.02
Rate of Pay: May be adjusted based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety and housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting.
- Operate production equipment, including troubleshooting and making necessary adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are met.
- Record production data and other results in the required manner.
- Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment.
- Participate in plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision.
- Be adaptable to scheduling requirements, including shiftwork, overtime, and weekend assignments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing setting in a safe manner and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
- Ability to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
- Ability to interpret verbal and written work instructions.
- Ability to apply basic computer skills required for data entry and reporting.
- Proficiency in taking measurements to verify product specifications.
- Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
