Maintain and operate the Fresh Cut Produce department, ensuring high-quality merchandise and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include trimming and preparation of cut fruits and vegetables, maintaining display and quality control, and adhering to company and department standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare all varieties of cut fruits and vegetables
- Maintain display and quality control
- Become certified in Fresh Cuts Production
- Maintain a Clean and Safe working environment
- Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines
- Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations
- Follow Guest Experience Guidelines
- Some Retail experience a plus
- Some Computer Skills
- Basic mathematic skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
