POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role of IT Systems Specialist involves supporting the engineering, delivery, and maintenance of advanced Information Technology (IT) solutions that align with the mission of Convirgence. This position requires an ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Specialist will:
1. Analyze both internal and external client requirements to develop logical business improvement strategies that adhere to corporate Information Management principles and objectives.
2. Facilitate group discussions, conduct interviews, and provide training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer across the organization.
3. Create, review, and distribute high-level communication materials, including written reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
4. Utilize technical expertise to enhance existing service offerings and support the mission of Convirgence.
5. Evaluate system requirements to assess design feasibility while considering time, cost, and security constraints.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates should possess:
1. Proven experience in supporting large-scale IT systems, with a focus on identifying dependencies and interoperability.
2. Skills in preparing cost-benefit analyses and return-on-investment evaluations.
3. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
4. The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
5. Experience collaborating effectively with contractors and staff across various organizational levels.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI.
2. Previous experience working with Convirgence.
3. Knowledge of reviewing system documentation in accordance with security guidelines.
