Vosper Thornycroft Group is a prominent provider of modernization and digital transformation services for Defense and National Security sectors. We are in search of a Lead Systems Architect to manage a significant program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer support and expertise in utilizing Enterprise Testbed and Combat Systems Test Bed (CSTB)
  • Propose technical strategies to enhance modeling and simulation consistency and promote the re-utilization of existing models
  • Develop and maintain visualization models for radar, weapon systems, and various testing systems
  • Apply operations research methodologies in planning and executing tests
  • Oversee System Engineering documentation and assist in coordinating testing activities
  • Deliver technical guidance during Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) of modeling and simulation applications supporting Test and Evaluation (T&E)
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with 5 years of relevant program management experience OR Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Capability to obtain and sustain a secret clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Fundamental Understanding of US Navy Combat Systems
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management Principles
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DoN) Procedures and Policies
