About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring their vehicles are fueled and clean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles
  • Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are completed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and associates
  • Participate in training and coaching to develop skills in minor repairs, such as tire installation and preventive maintenance
  • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to perform all work adhering to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to use hands to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and/or operate required tools or controls
  • Ability to work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms
  • Ability to see and hear in order to safely navigate the work environment
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg
