Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Accessibility Coordinator. As a key member of the Disability Resource Office, you will play a vital role in ensuring equitable access to academic opportunities for students with disabilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience providing administrative support, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare exam rooms, set up necessary materials, and ensure seating arrangements
  • Monitor students during exams, preventing cheating and ensuring adherence to rules
  • Assist students with basic questions about the exam process
  • Manage time effectively, notifying students when the exam is nearing completion
  • Handle emergencies, such as student health concerns or technical difficulties
  • Collect completed exams and account for them before students leave

About the Role

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of related office experience. The ideal candidate will have proven administrative skills, including organization, time management, and general office systems. Excellent customer service skills, both verbally and written, are also essential.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
