The Masiello Group is a leading real estate company that prides itself on providing exceptional support to its agents. As a Business Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and providing top-notch support to our agents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and agents, including greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
  • Review and verify listing and transaction files for accuracy and completion using back-office platforms.
  • Enter high-level data into accounting software and collect and deposit escrow and closing commission checks.
  • Assist agents with their client transaction and lead management system, as well as set up agent business pages on social media platforms.
  • Design and distribute digital and print marketing materials, and process onboarding paperwork for new Realtors.
  • Troubleshoot common IT questions for your office and agents, including laptops, mobile devices, and printers.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience with Canva platform and social media/marketing.
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail, a must.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work well with others.
