Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, with the estimated annual salary range being $$60,000 - $80,000, along with 100% company-paid health benefits. Job Description

This role involves performing all work in accordance with OSHA, PA, and DOT regulations, as well as H&K Safety policies. Responsibilities include reviewing job orders, identifying parts for repairs or replacement, examining protective guards and making adjustments, dismantling equipment to examine parts, replacing defective parts, assembling and testing machines, and overhauling gas or diesel engines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited educational institution or relevant experience and/or training
  • A CDL B license
  • A clean driving record
  • Customer service and teamwork skills
  • General computer knowledge, including Caterpillar software (ET & SIS)
  • The ability to use mechanics' hand tools, a torch, and a welder
  • The ability to fit test and utilize appropriate PPE as needed
Bonus Requirements
  • Related experience and/or training
  • A technical school or college degree in the heavy equipment field
  • Experience working in heavy civil construction, road construction, or quarries
  • A CDL A license
  • OSHA, MSHA, or other relevant safety certifications
Work Environment

This role requires occasional exposure to moving parts, fumes, and airborne particles. The noise level can be loud at times, and there may be a need to work outdoors in various environments. Regularly working hours exceed 40 hours per week and 8 hours per day.
