LCH Health and Community Services is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to the community. We are seeking a skilled Addiction Specialist Physician to lead our Medication Assisted Treatment Program in Southern Chester County.

The Addiction Specialist Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive care for addiction and substance-related disorders, including screening, diagnosis, intervention, and treatment. This individual will work closely with the Medical Director and Associate Director of Mental Health to develop and implement strategies for this program.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have experience working in a primary health care environment, preferably in a community health center setting. Certification by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) or the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) is required, as well as credentialing under Medicare, Medicaid, and other commercial insurance.

The ideal candidate will also have experience supervising providers and clinical staff, as well as the ability to provide services and exercise leadership in a culturally, socioeconomically, and linguistically diverse setting.

This position comes with a competitive salary of $220,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and LTD insurance, a retirement plan with employer match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, paid time off, and holidays.
