Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a skilled Inpatient Medicine Specialist to join our team at Granville Health System in Oxford, NC. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for medical professionals to provide high-quality care to adult patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the OpportunityWe are offering a competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, to attract top talent in the field. As an Inpatient Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for examining and treating patients independently within their scope of practice and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities- Provide direct inpatient care to adult patients, ensuring proper illness and injury care, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in the hospital's safety and infection control programs to reduce risk to employees.
- Take part in quality assurance audits, including continuing education, and peer review.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Master's degree in area of specialty required.
- Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants (NCCPA) as a PA-C.
- State authority for advanced practice.
- Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
