Division Manager Lead

About the OpportunityThe Division Manager is responsible for overseeing all Wet Commercial Underground Utility projects throughout the Phoenix area.
Main Responsibilities:- Direct division operations to meet customer goals and financial objectives
- Develop short-term and long-range plans, manage personnel, and allocate resources to support business objectives
- Collaborate with Leadership to establish performance goals, ensure policy compliance, and implement safety protocols
- Lead employee development and growth opportunities, review project progress, and ensure quality standards
- Work with Safety Department and Leadership to implement government regulations and streamline customer project paperwork
- Perform on-site visits when necessary, select projects, develop business strategies, create budgets, and analyze risks
- Partner with Chief Estimator and Operations Manager on all pursuits, evaluate project execution risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
- 10+ years of experience in heavy civil/underground utility project management or estimating
- 3+ years of direct management and supervision of employees
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or relevant field experience
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under stressful situations
- Customer service orientation, strong leadership skills, familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures, ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Solid history of high-quality work and excellent communication skills, salary range: $140K-$160K annually based on experience
