At Dollar General, we're committed to providing a safe and efficient work environment for our employees and customers. As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective resolution of reactive repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily tasks to ensure prompt and permanent resolution of maintenance issues, including but not limited to:
  • Reviewing and assessing issue criticality, identifying landlord responsible items, and routing them correctly to our Lease Compliance team
  • Investigating missed vendor ETA's and aging issues to mitigate escalation to Executive Management Team
  • Collaborating with vendors, store personnel, field operations management, and the Store Facilities Management Team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
  • Technical or Associates Degree preferred or 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and produce timely and accurate data
  • Customer-driven with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Self-motivated team player with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
