Compensation: $70K-$85K based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of billing and financial accounting.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with facility Business Office Managers (BOM) and corporate billing teams on billing specifics.
  • Reconcile monthly financial workbooks with system-generated reports.
  • Input and validate billing data within the company's financial system.
  • Investigate discrepancies in payments and research denial issues.
  • Ensure prompt payments to facilities and address outstanding balances.
  • Update reimbursement rate worksheets for facilities on a quarterly basis.
  • Compile necessary credit balance information for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in analyzing revenue and expenses, providing variance explanations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and complex formulas).
  • 5+ years of experience in billing preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with financial statements and journal entries.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt and meet deadlines effectively.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to sit, utilize hands, and communicate via phone.

  • Office setting with moderate noise levels.
