- Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Communicate effectively with medical professionals, families, and other staff members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document resident care and services provided in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in meal service and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Supervise staff under your direction and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with ongoing training and certifications required by local and state licensing agencies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in a caregiving role or similar function.
- State Required HHA Certification or CNA License.
- Supervisory experience of six months or more in a health-related field.
- Ability to read physician orders and match to Medication Administration Records for residents.
- Understanding of medical terminology adequate to pass medications and communicate with medical professionals.
