- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, and community leaders, to advance the hospital's mission and goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in nursing or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management and supervisory nursing roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a direct leadership position in a hospital setting.
- Current Registered Nurse license without restrictions required.
