Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Store Consultant to join our team at FedEx Office. As a Store Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by using consultative skills to understand each customer's individualized needs
  • Recommend appropriate FedEx Office products and services to customers
  • Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information
  • Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail Store
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions

The Store Consultant will be required to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods, and move and lift 55 pounds. They will also be required to work with minimal supervision and report regularly to work and maintain established business hours.
