Job Summary: Further Reach is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Communications: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Schedule Field Activities: Coordinate with customers and field service teams to ensure seamless execution of field activities and meet customer expectations.
  • Process Expertise: Maintain a working understanding of company processes and policies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to support customer interactions.
  • Customer Interaction Tracking: Record customer interactions in our internal system to facilitate cross-functional awareness and relationship development.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate the ability to address customer complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Possess excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Possess solid office computer skills, including proficiency in email, web applications, and basic spreadsheets.
  • Learning Ability: Demonstrate a willingness to learn about computer networking and adapt to new technologies.
  • Availability: Be available to work 30+ hours per week, including some nights and weekend shifts.
  • Authorization: Possess authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Support Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
