Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving the strategic development and operational integration of behavioral health across CareOregon departments, ensuring ongoing alignment and creating structures to support delivery system transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new initiatives and collaboratives to improve delivery system outcomes, including whole health, cost reduction, and reduction of non-value-added care activities.
  • Develop, test, and improve curriculum and training materials to support implementation and spread of new models of care, such as feedback-informed treatment, outcomes-based care, team-based care, and integrated delivery models.
  • Direct the development and design of training sessions, collaboratives, and other learning systems to support and drive improvement.
  • Partner with Line of Business and centralized functional leadership to ensure successful integration of transformation initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, clinical, and regulatory support for innovative clinical initiatives and training programs.
Requirements

This position requires a strong understanding of behavioral health transformation, strategic planning, and operational integration. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing transformation initiatives, as well as a proven track record of driving improvement in delivery system outcomes.
