Key Responsibilities

The primary role of a Banquet Server is to deliver outstanding customer service throughout the event to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Anticipating guest needs and exceeding service expectations.

  • Conveying critical information regarding orders, dietary restrictions, and special requests.

  • Exhibiting a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Carrying serving trays with food and beverages.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Banquet Server position will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Capability to lift 50-75 pounds and remain on their feet throughout the shift.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
