Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role

Fluidra is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing new leads, expanding engagement, and accelerating growth through targeted sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new sales opportunities through outbound cold and warm calls.
  • Promote vital product information to pool professionals to encourage product purchases.
  • Work closely with field sales and service teams to share customer information and support sales efforts.
  • Build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, closing sales and achieving individual quotas.
  • Prospect and identify potential customers via phone, email, and other methods.
  • Proactively work a pre-defined customer call list, identify key decision-makers, and cultivate business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within an internal database system.
  • Stay informed regarding competing products and services.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an outbound call center, inside sales, or customer-facing job.
  • Experience with selling or marketing to customers.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and active listening skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills and ability to thrive with repetition.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in specified targeted customer companies.
  • Ability to understand service, repair, and renovation company business model and needs.
  • Proficient with CRM software and other sales technology tools.
