About the Role

Lennar Homes is seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a critical link between homebuyers and trade partners, you will conduct final orientations, diagnose, schedule, and complete warranty service work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate performance of trade partners and materials, reporting back to management
  • Participate in department meetings and emergency on-call rotation schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and trade partners
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in residential customer service or construction field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical and Office/Site Presence Requirements

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job.

Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 50 pounds or less.

Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
