Job Summary

The Installer Service Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to professional customers through our installer counter. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to ensure accurate and timely order deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales relationships with installers and professional customers
  • Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery
  • Route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards
  • Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store
  • Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure all returns are tagged/labeled correctly
  • Assist with customer labor claims and process them quickly and efficiently
Requirements
  • Strong background in mechanics
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Desired: Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs, ASE certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
