Essentia Health is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Family Medicine Regional WI Float Team. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment to patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Wisconsin.
- Current certification in BLS.
- National certification, in applicable area.
