Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Community Health Service, Inc. (CHSI). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Mental Health Clinician will be responsible for conducting psychosocial evaluations, providing therapeutic interventions, and developing treatment plans to support the mental health and well-being of our clients. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for working with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Professional Counseling, or related field.
  • Current licensure in MN and/or ND, or ability to become licensed in these states.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
