We are seeking a skilled Patient Services Coordinator to support our medical practice. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them personally or over the phone, answering or referring inquiries promptly.
  • Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of their arrival and reviewing service delivery compared to schedule.
  • Facilitate revenue collection process by recording and updating patient financial information, collecting co-pays, referrals, and patient payments for non-participating insurance plans.
  • Listen responsively to patient concerns or complaints and provide or seek appropriate remedies.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; experience in healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for success in this role.
