As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting needs.
  • Transport residents safely and efficiently within the facility.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in New York State.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
