Position Overview
The Line Cook plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our Members and Guests. This position supports both a la carte and private event food preparation while ensuring consistent quality in food preparation and presentation.
Daily Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef on various tasks while maintaining an efficient pace to meet operational demands.
- Prepares and organizes food items and essential supplies.
- Upholds cleanliness standards and adheres to food safety regulations by properly handling and storing food items.
- Conducts inventory assessments and maintains food storage documentation.
About You
- Previous experience in a cooking role.
- Familiarity with broiler, pantry, and sauté stations.
- Experience in a Country Club or Restaurant setting is preferred.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
