The Carnegie Institution for Science's Plant Biology and Global Ecology group is seeking talented postdoctoral researchers to advance our understanding of land surface feedbacks and their impact on the climate system. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of scientists and engineers to design and conduct innovative research projects.

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in ecology, hydrology, earth and environmental science, or related fields, who are passionate about advancing our knowledge of land surface processes and their interactions with the climate system. The successful candidates will have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong quantitative analysis skills, and evidence of ability to work independently and in teams.

The positions offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and comprehensive benefits. We anticipate that Fellows will be co-mentored across at least two of the Carnegie research groups engaged in the MC3 4 Earth center.
