Corporate Safety Manager Role

The Corporate Safety Manager at Reily Foods Company is responsible for promoting safe work practices across the organization. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring safety programs to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee safety programs at all company locations, ensuring a safe working environment for employees.
  • Develop and implement safety programs in collaboration with Plant Managers and local leads, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze policies and procedures to recommend improvements and reduce accidents, ensuring a culture of safety.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage safety systems, processes, and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the development and improvement of safety goals, fostering a 'Safety First' culture within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in food/beverage manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, PSM, DOT, and EPA regulations, with a proven track record of compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive safety culture.
