We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Learning and Organizational Development to join our team at Ingram Content Group. As a key member of our Learning and Organizational Development team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through the development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership Development: Directs learning initiatives with a focus on leadership development, including needs analysis, content solutions, learning transfer and application, and program evaluation.
- Organizational Development: Directs the organizational development function, which may include succession planning and career pathing, individual and executive assessment, competency identification and mapping, performance management, coaching, and other talent management-related activities.
- Learning Technology: Manages and drives the utilization of learning technology, including existing talent management systems and distributed learning offerings.
- Program Evaluation: Directs all program evaluation, including both learning and organizational development initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Leads the L&OD team in identifying appropriate measurement systems, including a focus on business impact and return on investment, and establishes standardized reporting and presentation methodologies.
- Masters degree in Training or Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in management and leadership development, organizational development, or a related talent management function.
- 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
