Contract Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a qualified candidate who has completed a four-year degree in data processing, computer science, business, or a related discipline. Additional years of relevant experience may substitute for required college credits.

Experience Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools development.
  • 3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development, specifically in Benefits Administration and Pension Administration.
  • 3+ years of SQL experience with Oracle databases.
  • 3+ years of experience in writing SQR programs and PeopleSoft PeopleCode.
  • 3+ years of experience in conducting detailed data analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Application Engine programming.
  • 1+ year of experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Base Benefits, and core HR functionalities.
  • Significant experience with SQL, SQR programming, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft XML Publisher reporting.
  • Experience with Web Services and integration between PeopleSoft and third-party applications is advantageous.
  • Ability to create flow diagrams to visually represent processes.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and modifying applications.
  • Advanced logical processing skills for designing programs and systems, preparing specifications, coding, testing, and debugging.
  • Capability to conduct design review meetings and document outcomes effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude for fostering collaboration among team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with integrating PeopleSoft with other PeopleSoft systems and third-party applications through web services.
