Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, production, or internal communications, with 5+ years in leadership
  • Strong MAC skills, including proficiency in Keynote, Microsoft Office, and project management software
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
  • Prior experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle long and short-term deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends, and travel domestically and internationally
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work in Universal City, CA
  • Hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week in the office
Desired Characteristics:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience in executive-level communications or editorial development
  • Comfortable in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationships-building skills
  • Enthusiasm for consumer products, film/content, franchise/marketing strategy, and studio process worldwide
