Position Title: Agent Onboarding Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing outreach efforts through daily communication with prospective insurance agents and business collaborators.
  • Establishing connections, fostering interest, and securing agreements with potential agents.
  • Supporting corporate events and training initiatives by ensuring attendance objectives are achieved.
  • Assisting in the recruitment of agents and managing contractual agreements.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service while upholding a positive representation of the company.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and follow instructions effectively.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Outbound Call Center setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Vietnamese is preferred.
