The ideal candidate will have experience in renewals, sales, or account management at a SaaS company and be comfortable with negotiation and having conversations with procurement departments. You will also have high confidence in managing customer quoting, contracts, and terms, as well as strong customer-facing acumen and communication skills.

As a Renewal Specialist, you will project manage the renewal experience in close partnership with assigned Customer Success Manager and Account Executive to provide a seamless customer experience. You will also retain and increase subscription revenue in existing customer accounts by positioning multiyear contracts and price increases.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project managing the renewal experience in close partnership with assigned Customer Success Manager and Account Executive
  • Retaining and increasing subscription revenue in existing customer accounts
  • Migrating existing customers from legacy plans to new packaging and pricing
  • Proactively identifying lengthier renewal scenarios and maintaining high on-time renewal rates
  • Updating renewal forecast on a weekly basis and reporting up to management
  • Leveraging the renewal activity to promote upsells/new products alongside Account Executives
  • Creating client proposals and contracts for all existing customer client renewals within your book of business
