Job Responsibilities

This position plays a critical role in maintaining the security and safety of our facility and residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular patrols of the facility to monitor resident activity and ensure compliance with rules and regulations;
  • Ensuring that all equipment necessary for each watch is operational, including radios, flashlights, and keys;
  • Preparing shift documentation, including shift reports, work orders, and security reports;
  • Communicating effectively with residents and staff to maintain positive relations and resolve conflicts;
  • Participating in staff meetings to share observations and recommendations regarding facility operations and resident management.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • At least one year of general work experience, preferably in a related field;
  • A valid active driver's license;
  • Sufficient organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
  • The ability to express thoughts logically and effectively in written and verbal form;
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
