Position Overview:
The Agile Technical Lead plays a crucial role in collaborating with product stakeholders, engineers, and system architects to capture and articulate requirements within Jira, encompassing Epics and Tasks. This position is responsible for facilitating the Scrum methodology across the broader team, proactively identifying and resolving potential obstacles to project delivery, including cultural and logistical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and enhance business processes in conjunction with the project team.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to assist in both short-term and long-term release planning, ensuring a well-maintained and prioritized work backlog.
- Support quality assurance and requirements validation by engaging with various stakeholders to gather insights and provide recommendations during interviews and requirements sessions.
- Lead regular Agile ceremonies to foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation, including team scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and user demonstrations.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technology-focused professional setting.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst or Scrum Master within an Agile framework.
- Proficient in utilizing requirements management tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
- Experience in supporting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and phases.
- Strong understanding of requirements management methodologies.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both management and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Possession of a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
- Certification in IC Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with requirements traceability matrices.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to provide technical support to IT development teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications such as Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC.
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
