New York City Gastroenterology Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team at Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, participating in research and educational activities, and contributing to the advancement of our clinical programs.
Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:
• Diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal disorders using advanced endoscopic techniques
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive patient care
• Participating in research studies and clinical trials to advance our understanding of gastrointestinal diseases
• Teaching and mentoring residents and medical students to ensure the continued growth and development of our team
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
• Graduation from an accredited medical school
• Active or eligible for a NY state medical license
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology
Compensation and Benefits:
Our competitive compensation package includes an annual base salary of $395,900, based on a 35-hour workweek, as well as additional compensation for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) company contributions, sessional/per diem hours, and CME reimbursement.
