Position Overview

We are seeking a registered nurse to fill the position of Unit Manager at Medical City Dallas Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients under an established Physician Plan of Treatment
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of clients
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current nursing license under the State Board of Nursing
  • Minimum one year experience in an acute care setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
