We are currently seeking an experienced Renal Transplant Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care services.

Job Summary:

The Renal Transplant Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient care, including admission and discharge processes, staffing, and inventory management.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing with a focus on renal transplant care. A minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience is required, as well as a BSN degree and current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay, and paid time off.
