Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily schedules of Service Technicians, assign technicians to jobs, arrange follow-up visits, and maintain effective communication with both team members and clients. Ensure the customer database is current and prepare service invoices accurately.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining organized
  • Familiarity with geographical locations or map reading
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in customer service or dispatching roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of the HVAC industry
  • Three or more years of experience as an HVAC Dispatcher
