Job Overview

Position Title: Fen-X Product Consultant

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in the following areas:

  • Proven expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management, Customer Onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), and Customer Risk Assessment, with a minimum of 5-6 years in these domains.
  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices, Regulatory Reporting, and Sanctions Screening is highly desirable.
  • A background of 1-3 years in product implementation specifically with Fen-X is essential.
  • Ability to effectively configure customer journeys, phases, and tasks within the Fen-X platform.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience with the current version of Fen-X for 1 to 3 years.
  • Prior experience with Fen-E (enterprise version) is acceptable, as familiarity with the platform is crucial.
  • Functional expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management, Customer Onboarding, KYC, and Customer Risk Assessment spanning 5 to 6 years.
  • Hands-on experience in Implementation, Configuration, and Integration processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in previous roles.
