**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage employee development programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on employee relations.
