Regulatory Reporting Manager

Associated Banc-Corp is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Controller Group, you will be responsible for leading the Regulatory Reporting team and overseeing the preparation of externally reported consolidated financial information.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in regulatory reporting and compliance. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with new reporting issues and pronouncements from FASB, SEC, and other regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Regulatory Reporting team and overseeing the preparation of externally reported consolidated financial information
  • Staying up-to-date with new reporting issues and pronouncements from FASB, SEC, and other regulatory bodies
  • Ensuring the integrity of the BPC database and resultant reporting
  • Analyzing and reporting on financial information of the holding company, legal entity subsidiaries, and consolidated ASB

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-7 years of experience in Accounting and/or finance
  • 2-4 years of experience in the Banking Industry
  • Less than 2 years of Supervision experience
  • CPA certification preferred
