Senior Configuration Management Analyst Job Description

PSI Pax, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Configuration Management Analyst to support an upcoming opportunity at NAVSEA PMS 377. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a critical role in the development of New Acquisition Programs in support of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System/Department of Defense (JCIDS/DoD) 5000 products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide SME support to OPNAV, SEA 05D1, and the program for documentation development, briefing development, comment resolution, staffing of documentation for review/comments, and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of U.S Navy Amphibious Ship Naval Architecture requirements and concepts, including General Arrangements, Hydrodynamics, Stability, Weights, Structures, Medical & Dental.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution and delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of professional experience in program/project management.
  • Secret level clearance.
  • Desired Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, 10 or more years DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or industry management.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Master's degree preferred.
