Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, incorporating the latest research and best practices in clinical psychology.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Psychologist in the state of California.
  • At least two years of post-graduate experience in a behavioral health setting, or a pre-doctoral internship, post-doctoral internship, or fellowship at Kaiser Permanente.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship in an APA-approved program.
  • Experience with electronic health records and other healthcare technologies.
Work Environment:

This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week. The schedule will include Tuesdays (9:00am-5:30pm), Thursdays (8:30am-5:30pm), and one of either Mondays (1:00pm-4:30pm) or Wednesdays (1:00pm-4:30pm).
