Senior Sales Leader, Life and Annuities

As a Brokerage Manager, National Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure retention and growth.
- Providing expert training and support to colleagues to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with relevant industry experience.

- A competitive salary of $120,000 per year, with uncapped commission potential.
