Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed
  • Recommend training to enhance skill and productivity of employees
  • Break broad strategies down to practical action plans and ensure employees are trained to perform these plans
  • Responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to all drawings, procedures, etc.
  • Supervise qualified trades staff, monitoring job and budget performance for all shifts
Requirements
  • BS or Apprentice + 4 years production supervisor experience OR Non-BS/Non-Apprentice with 6 years combined production supervisory experience and/or CS experience
