Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Excellence Leader to join our team at Conagra Brands. As a key member of our Manufacturing Excellence Team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing results through the use of Autonomous Maintenance tools, systems, and processes.
  • Evaluate and improve Autonomous Maintenance tools, systems, and processes to deliver sustainable improvements through capable operations teams.
  • Transform ways of working to use technology and digital solutions that deliver results with agility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 7 years manufacturing experience.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) based continuous improvement of at least 4 years.

What We Offer:

  • Annual Base Salary: $104,000.00 - $152,000.00.
