We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager II to join our team at Amphenol Alden Products Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving projects through the entire product development life cycle, from receipt of the customer order to shipment of the product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup, monitor, track, and report project status using Amphenol Alden procedures and software.
  • Interact with all departments to close out activities and deliverables per the project plan.
  • Run internal and external project meetings.
  • Travel to customer sites and production facilities as required.
  • Work through project conflict to find acceptable resolution.
  • Report project status to the leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in project management and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills.
  • Efficient with Microsoft tools, including MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
