Lead Roofer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Roofer - Commercial Project Manager, Low-Slope Roof Expert to join our team at Great Lakes Roofing Corporation in Madison. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of low-slope roof installation.

This is a hands-on role that involves managing a crew and overseeing the execution of safety, quality, and timeliness of projects. As a Lead Roofer, you will be responsible for ensuring that company operating procedures are met and that your crew is properly trained and developed.

• Project Management: Plan and execute roofing projects with efficiency and accuracy.
• Safety Oversight: Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and implement effective safety measures to prevent accidents.
• Crew Leadership: Train and develop your crew members to improve their skills and productivity.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality workmanship on all projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing or construction leadership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to lead by example and motivate your team to achieve excellence.
• A current driver's license with a clean record.
